Yesterday we celebrated New Years Eve at our place with Mikaels brother, two sisters and their families, eating Tacos and having a good time. It was fun and pretty low key which was great and what we (I) needed after the Christmas rush and being sick.
The kids really love Matilda and want to hug and kiss their little cousin, it's so great to see! 
After dinner, around 7.30 pm we already started the fireworks as the youngest ones needed to go to bed. Matilda wasn't really interested though (yet)..
And then my sister-in-law Pauline aka "baking goddess" served the most delicious mousse au chocolat cake and everybody would have gone for seconds.
And last but not least little castles were built with rainbow entrances to let in the new year.
I'm pretty excited for 2013 and have a good feeling about it.
But it will be hard to top 2012.
